The caption appeared in both French and Turkish on the window of a cafe near the east Beligian city of Liï¿½ge, alongside a Palestinian flag and an Israeli flag with a red X across it.

This is a part of Liege.
You may remember the guy who shot up the Christmas market a couple of years ago, same city.
