    Probably spoke English as well.

It sounds like he's a happy drunk, so he was probably less rude/aggressive too.

He should be charged with sexual assault.

    He should.

Although from his perspective, and for some men, it must be really funny; it is not.

In that case, any "patting down" is a sexual assault.

If he did the same thing as a "real" TSA agent would do, what's the difference... even if the agent was female?

...Yes I know, there IS a difference. Just putting it out there for discussion.

Brenda... if I passed myself off as a real massage therapist and gave you the best massage of your life. Would you cry assault when you found out the truth?

You've got to be kidding, Ray. What sort of discussion do you expect to have? If a guy passing himself off as a doctor gave you a prostate exam, would you still be asking "what's the diff?"

Thank you, Andy. I couldn't have said it better myself.

Only if I found out that he wasn't a real doctor.

I'm just looking at the purely physical side of things, if the con-artist doing the act does exactly the same thing as the legit guy or gal, there is no difference, at least physically. If you never find out the truth, you're none the wiser. The problem is getting conned... that's the part that hurts.

: I'm am NOT, I repeat... NOT, condoning the act and agree that he should be charged with assault. Now leave me alone. I'm going to a birthday party... MINE.
