Hundreds of birds were poisoned and killed at Bush Intercontinental Airport this past weekend as part of a ï¿½bird abatement projectï¿½ that animal rights groups call cruel and inhumane.

Other states have banned the use of this product for good reason.

I can stand to kill a lot of birds to prevent even a single airplane crash.
