First reaction is I'd like to see more of it, but then I remember cases like that girl from Washington state who went to school in Italy and was found guilty of murder there, then beat the charges on appeal and returned to the states. Now they want her back to be tried again.

I wouldn't want to see her scooped up, so maybe the practice needs to be case by case before it's thumbs up or down.

A lot of people think Amanda Knox actually killed Meredith Kercher. Any of them could just kidnap her...
