Philadelphia police say a 2-year-old got hold of a loaded gun and fatally shot his 11-year-old sister.

No if the moron did not bring the gun in and leave it laying around or better yet not brought it into the house then the girl would be alive today. He should be charge with at least reckless endangerment.

Gun needs special treat, you can't wash, eat or scratch your ass with a gun. It must be hiden in a right place.

The Philadelphia police, of course, were upset that they didn't get to shoot the 11-year-old themselves.
