Don't you just love the peace and prosperity in the world? We take care of each other and make sure no one goes hungry, no one is greedy to the point of killing thousands of people for their own ends. What an amazing planet and society we live in, I can't imagine how the world could be any better.

Israel hit by 1st rocket in 3 months

Meanwhile, new settlements announced on average every week and a half.

Poor Israeli victims. If only they realized they do it to themselves.

Kinda like "She wouldn't have gotten raped had she not dressed like a whore?"

Yeah, dressing promiscuous, and stealing peoples houses and land dividing the remainder up with checkpoints, and beating and torturing the people who stay there....

    Same thing.

They aren't victims if they choose to be.

Ahh. So you figure the people on the exploding end of the rocket opted to be a target?

    That's a stretch.

funny...those being targeted by the the Gaza terrorists are the people who live in Israel proper. They are not West Bank Settlers. But Every Israeli regardless of age or place of residence is a fair target in your eyes. Using your logic of blaming all for the actions of the government or disparate groups in Canada we can lay the blame for residential school abuse...missing aboriginal women...Phoenix Sinclair at your feet

The settlers in Ashkelon are trained IDF soldiers. It's mandatory.

How can they claim to be victims?

Ahh. Now it's a military strike? Yet, if the IDF carries out a military strike in Gaza, those on the receiving end are victims.

Is it just that no matter what, Israel bad, Palestine good here? That would certainly clarify the discussion and save everyone needlessly going around the buoy.

The shell, described by security sources as an 8" projectile with an improved mid-to-long range, landed on a road in Ashkelon's industrial zone. No injuries were reported.

    -vs-

Two Israeli airstrikes killed three journalists in the Gaza Strip today, according to news reports. The fatal attacks followed a series of Israeli strikes earlier in the week that injured at least nine journalists and damaged news outlets.

At least 11 members of one family, including five women and four children, were killed when Israel bombed a house in Gaza City on Sunday as the five-day-old war claimed more civilian lives with no sign of a let-up in the intense bombardment.

Elsewhere in the city early Monday an air strike levelled two houses belonging to a single family, killing two children and two adults and injuring 42 people, including children, said Gaza heath official Ashraf al-Kidra. Rescue workers were frantically searching for 12 to 15 members of the Azzam family under the rubble. Shortly afterwards, Israeli aircraft bombarded the remains of the former national security compound in Gaza City. Al-Kidra said flying shrapnel killed one child and wounded others living nearby.

If you can't tell who the victims are and who the aggressor is, you are either ignorant or stupid.
