Senator Patrick Brazeau has been removed from the Conservative Party's caucus, while sources tell CBC News that he is in a police jail in Gatineau, Que., following an alleged domestic dispute.

    Good! each and every MP and senator should have their expenses scrutinized in a similar fashion.....for that matter all elected officials. I think Duffy is next. Even St Jack off Kleenex was guilty of abusing housing that he wasn't entitled to while he was a city councillor.

    Seriously though I'm glad to see Brazeau caught and punished it's a rare sight in what's normally a very tight ship of the Harper government.

    Whether he's guilty of assault or not is one thing. But if he's guilty of screwing over tax payers, throw the book at him. I don't get how some one who makes more than an adequate salary feels the need to get more.
