Sad. And bitterly ironic as well. To have survived four tours in Iraq as a marked man by the insurgency and to die like this...

Doesn't look like it. The police have a suspect in custory already; an ex-soldier as well who was suffering from PTSD.

    This is worth mentioning.

Upon completion of his service, Kyle dedicated his time to helping other returning, wounded warriors.

My prayers go out to Chris Kyle's surviving family members. If there ever were a case for Capital Punishment, this would be it. Very sad. A war hero does not deserve to die this way.

Mr.Eddie Ray Routh will get exactly what he deserves. He'll be on death row in no time.

Makes me wonder if there's some back story to this. Like something happening in the Warzone that put the 2 at odds. Maybe not, but it wouldn't surprise me if there were.

Really? You think a veteran off his head with PTSD is the ideal candidate for execution?

Doubtful. The mentally ill aren't executed, especially when their illness came as a direct result of their service to their country.

You're forgetting, TIT. This Is Texas. They execute everyone.

I'm quite certain that I've never forgotten a tit, not even a sloppy pancake tit.

Latest I heard, Routh has been charged with two counts of capital murder and is being held in custody at the Erath County Jail on $3 million bond.
