Can we expect another sovereignty vote sometime soon?

Good for them, I wonder what the next step will be ?

Independence via one flag at a time ?

Looks like it's time for me to hang a Canadian flag in my window again... and wait for crazy shit to happen that never shows up.

Well, to be honest, it's not like they had a vote about it.

Lots of these types of provocations coming.

Well, in an effort to prevent offending them any further, I suggest Canada stops all transfer payments to Quebec. After all, that nasty Canadian icon the Maple Leaf, is on that money.

No. Just lots of sound and fury signifying nothing.

So in other words the PQ is like a tiny bird, all mouth and full of shit.

While they may find the Maple leaf a nauseating symbol I think they will take some Dramamine and take what they can get.

Thats what these minority of seperatists want, to pick a fight with the ROC.

Ignoring it all is the best policy.

If they are not fighting the Anglos and Ethnics they will fight each other and it will all be over sooner.

    Don't rise to the bait.

Strange that we're the world's largest maple syrup producer but she has problems with the maple leaf. 8O

The swearing-in ceremony has always been an awkward affair for PQ members. They must pledge allegiance to the Queen as part of the mandatory official ritual of taking office.

Are there videos of this that I can watch for my amusement?

Nice to know that they can lie through their teeth, swearing allegiance to monarch, in the provincial legislature and nobody gives a shit.

I actually kinda doubt she has much of a problem with the flag. it's just a tactic to stir up trouble. EB has it right. Best to treat them like a child throwing a tantrum. Eventually they'll get tired, or atleast the voters will get tired and see it for the petty childishness that it is.
