Ottawa has announced the arrest of a fifth alleged war criminal amid growing questions about whether the suspects will ever face prosecution.

    Well then amnesty international can fucking well pay for the trial and incarceration.
    The fact is, he didn't commit his crimes here and he didn't commit them against Canadians so why the HELL should OUR justice system deal with it. Just ship the fucker out of here toute de suite before he costs us any more.
