In the roughly six weeks since she was arrested for driving without a license, the case of Jessica Colotl, an illegal immigrant and college student in suburban Atlanta, has become a flashpoint in the immigration debate.

WHA WHA I got caught wha wha wha I have been a good girl (despite the illegal entry and driving without a license and the things she likely never got caught doing) so I should be able to stay, squatters rights should apply and ...." Why isn't she already in Mexico - no wonder AZ makes crazy laws if INC releases her instead of deporting her. And, presumbably, her parents as well.
