Developing: Abu Yahya Azam (Adam Gadahn), a close associate of Usama bin Laden, was arrested in Karachi Sunday and has been taken into custody.

    I don't think they can give the death penalty for treason anymore.

    In the States it is very hard to be charged with treason. This individual has behaved in such a way that he qualifies.I'm suprised they took him prisoner. It would have saved a lot of trouble if they just shot or hung him. This guy needs to be found guilty, too bad they don't use the electric chair anymore.
