Rideau River gets blown up

It�s Ottawa�s version of the Big Bang Theory. Specially trained workers spent the day Saturday drilling holes, planting sticks of dynamite and blowing up ice on the Rideau River to ensure there will be no flood damage when the spring thaw comes.
