Death on Vancouver luge track will always mark 2010 Games, says IOC president

VANCOUVER, B.C. - A death at the Vancouver Olympics will forever place an asterisk next to its place in the history books, the president of the IOC said Thursday, and he has taken steps to ensure it doesn't happen again at the next Winter Games.
