J.K. Rowling has been named in a lawsuit alleging she stole ideas for her wildly popular and lucrative "Harry Potter" books from another British author.

    There is nothing new here. It is very hard to write or create anything these days without stepping on at least some toes but poor J.K. has had one too many lawsuits. Some people will tell you that most of her ideas were stolen from other authors. Personally I think the best subject for this would be to compare her first Harry Potter book to the "Worst Witch" book series published in the 1970's.
