LONDON - Argentina's demand for direct control of shipping from the South American mainland to the Falkland Islands has raised fears about conflict over energy resources in the south Atlantic.

    Yes, I think a reinforced carrier task force might send to the area by HM armed forces might communicate their displeasure rather than playing footsie diplomacy with that bunch of thugs.

    The UK doesn't have much for carriers anymore.

    On the other hand, Argentina doesn't have much of an air force either.
