I heard good things about the movie and went to see it on Saturday. While it's not Jackson at his best it does show that he did deserve the 'King of Pop' title. The fact that he can dance as well as the dancers that are half his age was quite amazing, and his voice is still strong. Plus he showed he knows his music. He knew what he wanted to hear from his musicians and usually what he wanted to hear sounded better than what the band wanted to do. Unfortunately his inability to use any musical terminology showed while he knows his music he lacked a knowledge of music in general. From what was being shown in the rehearsals the shows in London looked like they would have been spectacular and would have paved the road for a massive comeback for his career (I don't think it would have done anything to redeem his bizarre personal life), but I don't know if he could have done 50 shows (he was 50 years old), even if they were suppose to be only two shows per week.

    I just wish
    A) People would stop trying to profit from his death
    B) Just leave the fricken guy alone.
Not because I like the guy, because I don't. I don't like pop so I never liked his music. I liked the movie thriller and that was about it. I want people to leave the guy alone already because I am sick of hearing about him. Not that every popstar accused of molesting kids doesn't deserve there time in the spotlight or anything.

Ain't gonna happen I'm afraid. People have been profiting from Elvis' death for nearly 30 years, especially his estate. No way in hell all the people who bring you dead celebrities endorsing products are going to let a big a fish as Jackson get away, especially considering how money grubbing his dad is.
