Stephen Harper received the very first of 10 serial-numbered, marble-covered art books. A limited edition book dealer in Montreal with exclusive rights to distribute the tome in Canada says it could be worth up to $460,000.

    The gift was to Canada, not to Harper personally. He just accepted it on our behalf. Considering the value of the book I'm curious to know what type of art book it is and what would be the content.
