CBC in hot water over racial comments

OTTAWA ï¿½ CBC broke the rules by airing tasteless and abusive racial comments, Canadaï¿½s television watchdog said Monday, as it ordered the public broadcaster to offer an ï¿½unqualifiedï¿½ apology to the public.
