Stupid city, they should of held on. Call in the army to pick up the garbage if you have to. Wait till the workers can not pay their mortgage payments.

It happens almost every year here in Montreal. They are protected by a lot of laws. Actually, the "Code of Labour" is more like a "Code of was Unions cannot do", which is almost nothing.
