OTTAWA ï¿½ Workers in the federal public service continue to have the highest rates of absenteeism in the country, according to Statistics Canada.

want to know why??? becuse of the collective agreements that gives thjem so many paid sick days .. and then those few who nevver book sick get to be paid for days they DID NOT take off sick
