BEIJING - Authorities in Tibet have detained 59 people accused of disseminating rumours aimed at inciting ethnic tension and have cracked down on illegal downloads of "reactionary music" online

"After the violent incident in March, some people with ulterior motives under the scheming and encouragement of the Dalai splittist clique intentionally spread rumours and incited ethic feelings, threatening national and personal security," the China News Service reported.

Not much forgiveness or charity happening in China today.
