While the holiday season is traditionally a time of celebration and peace for Jews and Christians, a Tory staffer is facing accusations she launched a partisan battle against the Liberals over a Hanukah ceremony at a school for disabled children.

Another example of one person doing something and the whole Conservative party expected to pay for it.

Who said that? Certianly not ridenrain who never ever blames the entire Liberal party for the actions of a few.

    Nothing alleged about this.

"I am advising you that Georganne Burke called me this evening at about 10:30 pm (on Sunday) enraged, advising me for the benefit of the Jewish community the menorah lighting should be cancelled," Gladstone wrote in an email obtained by CTV News.

I know how things work around here. It's just a matter of time before Kermore shows up to tell us this is typical redneck, Tory, racist, Conservative behavour.

Sure, just as we can count on the usual suspects who post crap attacking the entire Liberal party throughout history whenever a Liberal is in the news doing something similiar.

If it's true then the crazy bitch should be fired. The Tories have gone to great lengths to build a positve relationship with the Canadian Jewish community, which is very important considering that the left wing parties of the world have slid over the last decade or so towards more open anti-Semitism and pro-Islamism. Unfortunately this is also true of the Canadian Liberals and NDP.

So yeah, the dunce should be fired if it's true. Just like Chretien should have fired that dizzy broad from his office who took a cheap shot at the Americans but, lo and behold, he didn't.

The Conservatives however have a credibility gap considering cutting funding to wormen's equality issues, civil rights support, bashing workers, restricting freedom to information, etc. I think Tory policies have encouraged redneck behaviour from a variety of locations in the party.

    Liberal hypocrite.

    http://rjjago.wordpress.com/2008/09/10/ ... g-natives/

Back during the Oka Crisis, the Liberal candidate for the riding of Quebec, Simon Bdard, said this on local radio:

You go in there with the army, then you clean up all that. Fifty dead, 100 dead, 125 dead, that would put it out. We bury it and life goes on.

Its extreme, but if hes repented, then maybe, maybe we could let bygones be bygones. Problem is, he hasnt repented. After winning the Liberal nomination, he discussed his previous statements with the local press, saying:

maybe we should have done it because 17 years (sic) later, its still the same.

The Liberal Party calls him A great communicator!

Read on through the interview with him in Le Soleil - he says that the reason hes running for the Liberals is that he expects them to crack down on natives:

Cest une situation pourrie. On a tass les ministres plutt que de rgler le problme. Le gouvernement fdral sen est toujours lav les mains. Les libraux nont pas fait mieux et ils ont une mission accomplir dans ce sens-l. Stphane Dion a assez de colonne vertbrale pour le faire. [Tr. Stephane Dion has the backbone to do it] Il na quune seule voix.

This blood thirsty racist has NO place in Canadian politics. Dion should dump him as a candidate, throw him out of the party, and condemn him in the harshest terms possible. That type of language is absolutely inexcusable in the public sphere. That borders on incitement to commit murder. Will Dion do the right thing?
