The Afghanistan Independent Human Rights Commission has issued a scathing report on the use of air strikes and nighttime raids by international forces in the country.

    What? So now we are not allowed to fight at night? I guess that makes sense, since the enemy should be given every advantage when trying to shoot us. Don't they realize we have the greatest advantages at night becuase of our night vision technology?

    They get mad when civilians die. Can't really blame them for that. I'd be mad if someone blew up my family. Still, we have guns adn they don't so they're not in a position to do much about it.

    To prevent further abuse, commanders must now give 48 hours notice prior to searching residences, and must conduct raids and airstrikes between 1300 - 1330hrs.

    Dont forget about having to pay the locals for the damage the air strike does.
