Well sure, if we are going to rate it on a scale I'd rather be homeless in Vancouver then PG. However to a person living on the streets -12 is still deadly.

Does it? Remember, it's -20 with teh windchill, so I doubt these people are hanging around saying "it could be worse.... we could live in Quesnel where it's *really* cold. We should count our blessings."

So, how many of these homeless people have you invited into your home during this cold spell?

    Very Nice

How bout get a life...fuck I hate heartless people.

I just spent the last three nights trying to get people into shelters in these temps while all you folk in your cozy houses in big ole -38 are warm...and still working a day job....what do you do for the homeless?

Do you even realize people are dying here? pretty funny eh?

Maybe if the small towns actually had some services and showed some of that so called rural hospitality for these people we wouldnt see them down here.

This small town does. Don't blame the big cities homelessness on the rural areas.
We have plenty of homeless people here, and plenty of crackheads, and plenty of shelters too, which accept pets too.

This is not fair. Not to the small towns and not to QBC either.

Calling it as I see it...heartless comments deserve my remarks. Thats the way I am, dont like it dont read it.

and majority of the folks down here are not from here, there are very limited resources in that area.

We also have shelters that accept pets and shopping carts (now)...i commented on that in another thread.

Well, there must have been a reason why they are there. I take it... easier access to drugs?

Same here... Don;t like my comments, don't read them.
