All eight people who watched the last Canadian Idol, who also happen to the the same eight who bought the winners CD, will be devastated by this news.... 8O

The World is a better place. This just about takes the sting out of the Recession. If they cancel all shows with one of the following words in their Title, bring on a Depression!: Loser, Marry, Grader, Extreme, Top, or any "reality" show.

But what will they run in its place? Probably more of the same crap and inane drivel.

they could run the test bars in its place and that would be an improvement.

If Ben Mulroney goes into politics, you'll wish this show was still on.

I think that possibility, makes the existence of this show a good thing for Canada.

Couldn't be any worse than having Justin Trudeau in politics...

Now, if we could just get rid of all the other 'reality shows' as well as quit the re-runs.

But then the only thing left to watch would be the test patterns.

    Definitely a 'step up'!

A few years ago, a fellow who worked for me, told me one day " I can't work tonite cuz 'survivor' is on tonite.
True to his word he left at 5 pm. We didn't start till noon that day as there was a scheduling conflict with some other trades.
When he showed up for work the next morning I informed him that 'he had been eliminated during the previous evenings shift, and someone else got his job'!
