WINNIPEG - A 43-year-old man who died after he was pepper-sprayed during a struggle with RCMP officers in The Pas was killed by a brain hemorrhage, an autopsy has found.

    More police brutality..but they always get their man.

    Wouldn't the autopsy show blunt force trauma to the head from a boot? If it showed he died from a hemorrhage, wouldn't it show what cause it?
