I was NDP, up until they decided to completely ignore the election results and take over the gov't.
The Liberals want to rewrite the rules after they lost. They had been in power for how many years and never changed the Canadian electorial system for the better..
I do not agree with this tactic and think that it is illegal and an attempt to over throw an elected government.
All Canadian's should be outraged... this walks on the gaves of those who fought and died for this country and sets a dangerous precedence for Canadian politics.

It's a power grab fueled by the lust for power,Canadians and their job's be damned!
Our vote meant nothing, they should have told us that before we voted.
Harper just might get a surprise.. all the negative shit about Quebec will come back to haunt him.. not to mention the jobless in Ontario.. but hey he could become the king of Alberta.. albert the first
You are not getting this at all are you?
You seem blissfully unaware of the gravity of the situation and the harm it has done to your party and your leaders credibility.
Come on, wake up kenmore.
And Ziggy my friend.. a minority no matter how you twist it ... is still a minority
What's your point?
And I hear the Bloc isnt a part of the coalition, what's your opinion on that?
Are they or arent they?

I've got to say Trit, that this is one of the most profound statements you have ever made on this site....

No, your votes meant something, they likely elected an MP from a party of your choosing, the Conservatives.
If you want to talk about votes that mean nothing, complain to someone who voted Liberal in Alberta or Conservative in the big three cities (Vancouver, Toronto, Montreal). Those people are the only ones with a legitimate beef about their voice not being heard...
