look where the dumb rednecks finished..
At 93, Victoria and Ottawa are now the top performers among major cities, followed by Calgary and Gatineau at 92.
It's pretty embarrasing when school based learning is stagnant, which is just more proof that teachers unions should stick to teaching and leave politics, personal views and self agrandizing agenda's out of the classroom.
