I suspect there's more to this story than what's being presented here.

I suspect an attempt to get some cash from her local donut shop, which I suspect is a Timmies.

Boring.

Before you start wasting space voicing your inane comments, why don't you at least take the time to read the story.

I read the full story, and he is right. They allowed her in there, serviced her before. Than she damage the sink in the bathroom, and was told to leave.

It's not discrimination, it's just her wanting to get some money out of something.
If I went to my local TimHortons and damaged a sink as a accident and if I was asked to leave. Does that mean I can file discrimination lawsuit against them for discriminating me for being clumbsy.

StuntmanMike suspects its a Timmies. JOEY BEENZ COFFEE doesn't sound like TIM HORTONS to me. But I could be wrong...

Anyway... They shouldn't have told her to leave, but accept the damaged sink as an incident. Shit happens, company's risk.
She shouldn't have made a law-suit out of it, playing the disability card. Law-suit, fine. But not "because" you are in a wheelchair.
