I think my point is being missed...Zero tolerance is a bad idea. If you're talking an amount that wouldn't affect somebody's driving, why outlaw it?
Lower the minimum, that's fine with me. Zero is giving the police too much power.

There arent any incidents I have read of with 'accidental' exposure.
to be fair, the machines may not be good enough to pick up
such a small amount.
Besides, the limit is going from .08 to .05, not to zero.
A good move to change people's perceptions of D and D,
but like FOG said.. it's a tax grab as well.
Drop the fines, put people in jail.
