I'd trust my dog's opinion of people they meet, explicitly. If my dogs don't like someone, chances are extremely high I won't like them either.

People should understand that dogs are a very cost effective early warning system used by their owners to detect assholes. So these newly discovered assholes shouldn't become so unhinged by the dogs barking at them that they call the police accusing the poor animal of being a racist because, doing idiotic things like that not only wastes resources but just goes to proves the dogs point.
