Meh she will do well, Palin might be a Rep. but she is a woman. So Oprah wont have any tough questions for her, that she might screw up like; what do you think of Somalia or what is your take on the Afghani elections. My prediction is they will spend 15 min on her book and 10 min on if she will run again in 2012.
